Associate 30hrs = FT Corporates tend towards LONG exhausting shifts, often with a sink or swim attitude. Signing bonuses create indentured servitude. We have a different approach - shorter shifts but still a 4 day work week.  NO ER, NO Sundays, rotating Saturdays. We have a six doctor team looking to add a seventh to a rotating schedule designed to balance life and practicing. We have decades of experience to mentor you through your first years or just be an ear if that’s all you need. We encourage personal skill development and provide support for you to practice AND grow.
