We have a set schedule so you get enjoy life.  Doctors are scheduled for only 36 hours per week, hard stop to the day and a guaranteed day off.  Each doctor has a technician with them and we have a dedicated equine CSR who handles the details, so you don't have to.  We have a shared on call schedule rotation and we have entered a weekend emergency cooperative.  This means that we are only on call one weekend per five weeks.  The cooperative is a haul in only, so no emergency farm calls on the weekends, and we h
