Fox Valley Animal Hospital of Crystal Lake, Illinois is seeking a full or part time Associate Veterinarian proficient in small animal medicine and surgery. Our multi-doctor practice offers digital radiography, dentistry, ultrasound, Cornerstone software and integrated in-house Idexx lab equipment for bloodwork and urinalysis.
We have great caring, long term support staff and terrific clientele. We are a few minutes from the Companion Animal Specialty and Emergency Clinic, so referral is easy and there is no needfor emergency duty. Doctors enjoy one weekday off per week, plus Sundays off, and short Saturday hours. We do our best to take care of our clients but still leave at 6pm and get home to our families and pets.
At Fox Valley you will be allowed the freedom to practice good quality medicine combined with common sense, and have the opportunity to gain insight from our experienced veterinarians by consultation or mentorship. At this time there are two full time and two part time veterinarians working at Fox Valley with over 75 years combined experience to help mentor new graduate veterinarians or new veterinarians in medicine and surgery.
Our community offers two beautiful lakes for swimming, boating and fishing. There are also several nature trails and dog parks nearby and a bike trail within minutes from the practice. Blue River PetCare's mission is to provide a long-term home for local practices that selling owners have worked so hard to build. We are dedicated to retaining the culture of each of our hospitals in addition to the local practice of medicine. We do this by ensuring each hospital has complete medical autonomy with their choice of protocols, therapies, inventory items, vendors and even management software. We also focus on our employees’ health and well-being as much as we do the pets we treat. We would love to hear from you!
