Responsibilities

Depending on experience, the (Assistant) Medical Director would be a problem solver of medical decisions including Doctor meetings, medical care standards, staff development, and leading a positive and collaborative team culture.  In addition, this role will also work with the hospital manager to ensure successful daily operation. The Assistant Medical Director will enjoy a higher level of compensation than the associate position, while a Medical Director will enjoy profit sharing.
