Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinary Position (Portland, MI):  Portland Veterinary Service is a well established small animal exclusive practice located in Portland, MI.  Much of our clientele is multi-generational and enjoys a family-oriented atmosphere.  The hospital was constructed in 2006 and features a spacious lobby, 5 exam rooms, open treatment area with a dental wet table, two table surgical suite, employee lounge, and doctor’s office.  The practice is equipped with digital radiography (including dental), GE ultrasound, tonometer, fluid pumps, Dentalaire unit, Avimark software, Idexx laboratory suite, and use of external labs.  

We have a welcoming, supportive work environment and enjoy collaborating on cases.  Our practice strives to develop long-term client pet doctor relationships. We apply a progressive approach to medicine, client education, and working with our clients to find solutions to their pet's problems.   The position will include regular surgery and appointments.  Strong surgical interest is especially encouraged.
