Exciting opportunity for the right individual! Having just sold our previous AAHA-accredited practice (Boggy Creek Animal Hospital) after 25 years, we are embarking on a new adventure with the development of Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital in the Lake Nona/St. Cloud area near Orlando, FL. We are building an 8000 sf state-of-the-art facility that will provide complete veterinary care as well as boarding and grooming. We anticipate opening our doors in June, 2021 and would like to solidify our team within the next month.

Our practice vision is simple- we aim to be a community-centered animal hospital that creates a place where pets and people want to come, and where veterinary team members want to work. We will become AAHA-accredited as soon as we are allowed to be.

We are looking for an experienced practice manager that wants to lead and develop a team from the start and that has a strong future commitment to the practice. We value strong communication skills and the special ability to understand and engage people. Interacting with team members and helping them grow is the foundation of what we do.

In our efforts to improve patient care, our practice manager will also work to track and increase compliance, be responsible for healthy pet plans, client satisfaction surveys, marketing, and community outreach efforts. Good financial management skills and familiarity with Cornerstone and Quickbooks is definitely a plus.
