The Island Hammock Pet Hospital is looking for a Medical Director to join the practice in Key Largo. Not only does Island Hammock lead the upper Keys in providing the highest standard of veterinary care and customer service, but they are also eco-friendly, AAHA accredited, Fear Free Certified, and AAFP Certified. The Practice uses state of the art medical equipment, tools, and processes that help them provide excellent medicine, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, IDEXX in-house lab, and electronic records.  They are looking for a candidate who is a courageous leader who embraces change and continually challenges the team to improve the delivery of veterinary medicine and has an interest in continuing their partnerships with local non-profits and community events.

 Key Largo is the first of the fabulous Florida Keys and has attractions for everyone, including scuba diving, kayaking, great restaurants, fishing, and relaxing. If you’re interested in nature walks, there are also beautiful state parks like John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park. Key Largo is two hours from Key West and an hour from Miami.
