Veterinarian position currently open for both new graduates as well as experienced veterinarians. We are located in the North Fulton County region North of I-285. We currently have 13 veterinarians and a total staff of about 100 including DVM's, technicians, technician assistants, receptionists and supervisors. Each clinic is open Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and are closed on holidays. Each full time veterinarian is scheduled an average of 37.7 hours per week with two appointment shifts 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., one surgery shift 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., one night shift 2:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Weekends are worked either a Saturday and Sunday shift one week followed by two weekends off, or a Saturday shift one week, a Sunday shift the next week and then a weekend off. Each veterinarian gets 80 hours of vacation and sick leave and up to 40 hours of Continuing Education leave. Salary packages and benefits plan start at $100,000 annually as a draw again 20-21% of gross income produced by the veterinarian. We have a 401K plan, Cafeteria plan for child care and medical expenses as well a company health insurance plan. We currently have two veterinarians performing TPLO's and other orthopedics, one veterinarian that performs accupuncture, and one veterinarian trained in holistic medicine.
